From this prison, the Political Prisoners and Prisoners of Conscience of the LOXICHA Region send fraternal greetings and a heartfelt embrace to all of you who have contributed to the struggle of the Loxicha prisoners and the prisoners imprisoned for political reasons in the state and in the country.
In spite of our unjust circumstances during these eleven long years, we tirelessly keep on struggling for our freedom with our heads held high. Now we’re spending another Christmas in this prison, far from our loved ones because neither the state nor federal government has shown any political will to resolve our longstanding problem and let us go free.
Even though we’re locked up behind four walls, we steadfastly maintain our dignity because the crimes we’re accused of are fabricated by the judicial authorities themselves. Today we wish each one of you a Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year and hope that peace and tranquility will reign in your homes. (en español)
As everyone knows, the peaceful struggle waged in Oaxaca, Mexico and the world is due to inequality, injustice, discrimination and the imprisonment of social activists who have been deprived of their freedom for the simple act of raising our voices and demanding better living conditions.

A LAS MUJERES Y HOMBRES QUE LUCHAN POR LA IGUALDAD,
LA JUSTICIA Y LA LIBERTAD, PARA EL PUEBLO DE OAXACA,
DE MÉXICO Y DEL MUNDO.
P R E S E N T E.
Desde esta prisión, los Presos Políticos y de Conciencia de la Región LOXICHA; nos permitimos enviarles un saludo fraterno y un cálido abrazo, a cada una de las personas que han contribuido en la lucha de los Presos Loxicha y presos que están encarcelados por motivos políticos en el Estado y en el País.
A pesar de las circunstancias que vivimos durante estos once largos años injustamente, sin embargo continuamos con la frente en alto, luchando incansablemente en la búsqueda por nuestra libertad. Hoy una vez más la Navidad la pasamos en esta prisión, lejos de nuestros seres queridos, en virtud de que los Gobiernos Estatal y Federal, no han mostrado voluntad política para resolver el añejo problema que estamos atravesando y dejarnos en libertad.
Si bien es cierto estamos encerrados en los cuatro paredes, pero mantenemos con firmeza nuestra dignidad, por que los delitos que nos acusan, son fabricados por las propias Autoridades Judiciales. Hoy les deseamos a cada uno de ustedes, que pasen una Feliz Navidad y un Próspero año Nuevo y que en cada uno de sus hogares que reina la paz y la tranquilidad.
Como es sabido por todos, la lucha pacífica que se ha gestado en Oaxaca, en México y en el mundo es debido a la desigualdad, la injusticia, la discriminación, el encarcelamiento de luchadores sociales, que por el simple hecho de levantar la voz, para exigir mejores condiciones de vida, han sido privados de la libertad.
