We inform you that at 11:53PM we found out that the companeros Ramiro Martinez Caballero from the Oaxacan Zapatista Network and Eduardo Alberto from the Automous Libertarian Resistance Bloc, both adherents of the Other Campaign were found by lawyers at the Municipal Police headquarters accused of harming a patrol officer. We know the crimes they are accused of are fabricated, as this false justice wants to do away with the movement.
Right now lawyers are inside the grounds and a camp is also being set up outside the municipal police headquarters to demand freedom for the companeros and information about their physical and psychological conditions.
An injunction against disappearances and torture has been presented, although the lawyers have not yet been able to enter at this hour of the morning.
We blame Ulises Ruiz Ortiz for everything that might happen to us, and all the police who ever since the beginning of his government have done nothing but commit crimes against the people of Oaxaca.
We ask that everyone who sees this message carry out actions and call on the federal government to demand that all the dissappeared companeras and companeros are found alive, the political prisoners are freed, and all of the just demands of the people of Oaxaca are resolved.

Les informamos que alas 23:53 horas se nos informa que los compañeros Ramiro Martinez Caballero de la Red Oaxaqueña Zapatista y a Eduardo Alberto del Bloque Autónomo de Resistencia Libertaria ambos aderentes a la otra campaña.
Fueron encontrados por los abogados en los separos de la Policia Municipal acusados de dañar una patrulla. Sabemos que de los delitos de los que se le imputan son frabricados pues esta falsa justicia quiere acabar con el movimiento.
En estos momentos los abogados estan en los separos y tambien se instala un campamento de personas a fuera de la policia municipal para exigir la libertad de los compañeros y saber en que condiciones fisicas y psicologicas se encuentran. Se ha presentado un amparo contra la incomunicación y la tortura, ya que hasta estos momentos de la madrugada aun no han podido entrar los abogados.
De todo lo que nos pueda ocurrir responsabilizamos a Ulises Ruiz Ortiz y toda su policía quien desde el inicio de su gobierno no ha hecho más que cometer crímenes contra el pueblo de Oaxaca.
Les pedimos a todos los que miren este mensaje puedan hacer acciones y llamados al gobierno federal para exigir la presentacion con vida de los compañerås y compañeros desaparecidos(a), la libertad de los presos politicos y de solución a las demandas justas del pueblo de Oaxaca.
