Mexico 2006: Seeking Social Change

June 14, 2007 – danielsan writes: On the first anniversary of the attack on the Teacher’s Camp in Oaxaca, I published for the first time an audio documentary with the voices of those struggling for social change in Oaxaca, Chiapas, and throughout Mexico. In these times there are many people trying to make change, some through politics, some with direct action, and some with guerilla war.

Here you’ll find the voices of Oaxacan Teachers and freedom fighters, Zapatistas from Chiapas, the politician Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, and more discussing the long difficult journey to real change in Mexico or in any place in the world in this 58 minute documentary.
